So Who is this Tim Guy?
I am a 24 year-old web developer living and working in Wisconsin. I started getting into web development in the fall of 2005. At that point I wasn't even sure what CSS was. I had heard that it made changing things like font styles and sizes easier, and thought I may want to look into that.
So I picked up "Eric Meyer on CSS" by the lengendary master of CSS, Eric Meyer. That book, as well as "Designing With Web Standards" by Jeffrey Zeldman, and "DOM Scripting" by Jeremy Keith, will always be remembered with great fondness as the three books that first inspired me to improve the way that I code.
That is not to say I haven't read more on the topic. I am very passionate about web development, and I figure I owe it to myself to become as good as I possibly can be at this craft (a goal that will always be worked towards and hopefully never achieved).
I live with my beautiful wife Kate, and our cockatiel, Trudy (who suffers from severe abandonment issues). I always have some sort of music on, usually country or some classic hard rock. I also enjoy a good movie (particularly if Denzel Washington is involved), watching the Packers, and anything that has to do with basketball.
